The sales strategy manager will have a pivotal role in JDE USA’s growth. This person will be a key piece of the conduit for sales planning, trade marketing and sales ops leader supporting the commercial organization across the omnichannel for both Tea and Coffee. This person will work collaboratively with the channel leads for our retail, on-premises and wholesales business across the Tea and Coffee portfolio. They will work with sales channel leads to champion the business planning responsibilities for near- and long-term objectives. They will also take these plans and translate them into actionable financial targets for the commercial organization. This is a highly collaborative role that requires a driven, self-motivated individual. Precision and accuracy are paramount to success.
