Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Payroll Intern to join our Human Resources team starting in June 2025. This is a 6-month internship that offers hands-on experience in various aspects of Policy & Total Rewards.The intern will assist with employee compensation, benefits, payroll processing, and rewards programs, providing an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to HR operations and contribute to a high-performing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES:

Prepare confirmation and verification letters for employees.
Organize and maintain personal files and other payroll-related documents.
Prepare payroll decks and related reports.
Create and distribute memos and pamphlets related to payroll and HR matters.
Assist associates with resetting their Ramco passwords.
Manage AIA enrollments and terminations for employees.
Support in organizing payroll-related events, such as SOCSO and insurance briefings.
Assist with salary and benefit benchmarking for reward management.
Extract data from personal files for scanning and documentation for the Global Cosmos Project.

Here's what we're looking for:

Academic Program: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having strong attention to detail and accuracy is always a benefit.
Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
